Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that families are busy and plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of both your time and ours.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or will be rescheduled depending on availability.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not refundable, as the tutor has set aside that time especially for your session.

 
Rescheduling Sessions:
We appreciate that sometimes things come up at short notice. If you need to reschedule a session, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to find an alternative time that works for both you and the tutor.
Rescheduling requests are subject to tutor availability and cannot be guaranteed, particularly for short-notice changes.
Rescheduling does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.
 
If You’re Not Happy With a Session
Your learning experience is very important to us. If for any reason you feel a session didn’t meet expectations, please let us know.
We’re happy to offer a refund if:

  • You contact us in writing (email is fine), and

  • You do so within 24 hours of the session finishing

  • This helps us understand your concerns and ensure we continue to provide a positive experience in the future.


Other Refunds
Outside the situations above, refunds aren’t available, including for last-minute changes or changes of mind.
